Convict, Jehu Hand
Attorney, Jehu Hand, whose filthy hands were into a pile of penny stock scams, was convicted today, in under four hours, by a federal jury in Boston, of working with his brothers Learned and Jeremiah on two of those scams, namely Greenway Technologies Inc. (GWYT) and Crown Marketing, Inc. (CWNM). The trio is accused of escaping with at least $1.5 million in ill-gotten booty.

Jury Verdict

Jehu was convicted on six of eight counts of securities fraud, wire fraud, and falsifying documents. He immediately had the cuffs slapped on his wrists upon reading of the verdicts and after the court shot down defense counsel's attempt to keep Jehu free under his pretrial release conditions until the sentencing hearing on September 10. Under the guidelines, Jehu will receive a sentence of 90 to 110 months.

I assisted the investigation by providing hundreds of pump emails on the two tickers to the FBI.

Jehu, a one time partner-in-crime with my arch nemesis, Michael Osborn, once boasted in a courtroom hallway to me, that he had so much money hidden in the Caribbean, he could do whatever he wanted.

To no one's surprise, Jehu claimed his partners were the brains behind the operation, and blamed his secretary for falsifying checks and then deleting 300,000 files from his computer.

An SEC spokesman testified that Hand altered documents and issued phony opinion letters. Also, Jehu conjured up phony companies and individuals to be nominee shareholders and transactors.

Jehu's attorney, Eugene G. Iredale, defended Jehu dutifully, brazenly accusing Jehu's brothers, one of whom (Learned) testified against him, of letting Jehu take the blame for their scheme.

"When he was on the stand, did you see how, again and again, he tried to plunge the dagger in his brother's back?" Iredale is quoted of saying about Learned Hand. Iredale also called others who testified against Jehu, "corrupt beyond all words."

Jehu did not testify on his own behalf and the defense offered no witnesses. Rather, they immediately filed a motion for acquittal after the government rested. That motion was denied in a hurry.

Of course, the GWYT and CWNM schemes were just the tip of the iceberg for Jehu, who can be connect to several other pump and dump subjected tickers.
