Why GMPW Is Unlikely to Ever Have the CE Tag Removed and Why All of Frank Igwealor's Tickers Could Be In Trouble
Initially Posted: August 23, 2020 7:00 a.m. PST I began to regret representing Frank's interests as soon as I discovered associations with pumpers and said so publicly in this tweet. You see, I now do believe that Frank is a great danger to the OTC Markets. I warned Frank time and time again that his tweets had a pumping nature. He'd delete one, apparently to placate me, and then post another one. Now the scummiest of the social media pumpers are hyping GMPW by promoting the fanciful notion that OTC Markets will approve the removal of the CE on Frank's third application. I highly doubt it. In fact, in my opinion they won't. Frank's last two applications--he tried last fall and again this spring--were rejected and now he has had made things worse. He's trying again even though he has made misrepresentations, endorsed pumping tweets, and had a deal go sour because he misrepresented that deal publicly and to his acquisition target. This is illustrated through the excerpts of SEC filings Link to SEC filing excerpt Link to SEC filing excerpt Link to SEC filing excerpt But this isn't the worst of it. What is really bad here, is that Frank's wife, Patience Ogbozor, has joined in on the pumping of GMPW and all of Frank's other tickers, while feigning an arms-length relationship with these companies. Patience is listed as a director of both NIHK and KDCE. And if OTC Markets and the SEC didn't know about this fact before, they do as of the publication of this blog post. Patience is all over the pump, joining notorious and dangerous Twitter hypsters/pumpers/promoters like Steven Gallagher (@AlexDelarge6553), Jennifer Rosebrugh Kingsfield (@cdntradegrljenn) and Jordan Donald Lemire (@wishfulth1nkin), among others. The pumping group, which includes the perpetrators identified here as well as others, and known as OTC Advantage, is headed by Jordan Lemire. They met in Florida in May to plan the promotion of the Igwealor tickers including GMPW, DRNG, OCLG and others. This is already known by the authorities. No word (yet) as to weather Patience and Franklin attended the Florida meeting, but WE WILL KNOW SOON (TIP: this is known as foreshadowing), and at a minimum they endorsed the plan that came out of that meeting. Here are just a few of Patience's pumping tweets, posted even though she is the wife of the President and Director of these companies aka an insider, and in two cases, a director herself. Also evident is her association with the notorious pumpers, whom she tags within her tweets. If you look at the last of the three SEC filing excerpts above, you''ll note that the email address "chidipatcy@yahoo.com" is copied on the letter. That affirms a relationship with GMPW and only the staunchest of doubters could imagine that the email and the Twitter handle are not one and the same person. Now look at this letter to the SEC: Link to SEC correspondence See the signature? See the contact email address? There it is again-chidipatcy@yahoo.com. One can only conclude that Twitter's @chidipatcy is Frank Igwealor's wife and director of NIHK and KDCE, Patience. And we see the announcement of the acqusition of Cannabinoid Biosciences, Inc. by GMPW here. There is so much more to learn and I aim to learn it Patience decided to personally attack me in her tweets. In one, she insinuates that I'm a racist, making particular reference to a statement "one of my men" made. I have no men. I have no women. At least not in the business sense. My half-black girlfriend found these allegations particularly interesting. What Patience's slanderous statement did buy her, her husband and all of their companies is a defamation case. The discovery process should be most revealing. Well done, Patience. ~ George |
